Buyer requests on your WhatsApp
Someone in your area has said what they want and roughly what they'll pay. You reply with a price and a photo, or tap “not available”. That's the whole job.
First complete quote is shown first
Buyers see one plug at a time — price and photo, not your number until they choose you. Speed still matters. They can ask for another.
Quote and close on WhatsApp
After your identity review is approved, respond to requests with a price and photo. Buyers who choose your quote can contact you to agree on payment and delivery.
Identity checks before you go live
Once your identity is confirmed, buyers see that badge next to your name. This helps buyers understand who they are speaking with before deciding to buy.

What we expect

We can only promise buyers a reliable vendor if we remove the ones who aren’t. Read these before you apply.

  1. 01Reply to requests, even when the answer is no. Three ignored requests in a row and your account is suspended.
  2. 02Deliver what you quoted. One confirmed case of taking payment and not delivering and you are removed permanently.
  3. 03Agree on the full price, delivery charges and timing with the buyer before accepting payment. Plug does not currently offer escrow.

Apply to sell

Start with your business details. We’ll then message you on WhatsApp to verify your identity — your NIN and a quick selfie — and a person reviews every application before you go live.

You do not need a registered company. We verify the person, not the paperwork.

Applying is free. Vendor access can use a trial, subscription or lead credits. Confirm your plan and charges with the team before activation.

The number you actually trade on. This is where buyer requests arrive.

For receipts and your monthly summary. Everything day-to-day still comes to WhatsApp.

What do you sell or do?

Goods and services. Add as many as you actually handle.

Which states can you serve?

Add each state where you can deliver goods or provide your service. Selecting a state means you cover the whole state. If you only serve specific towns or neighbourhoods, use “Somewhere else” below instead.
