A few things to know about finding your plug.

What exactly does Plug do?

We find a seller or service provider for a specific need. Send a request, review a vendor’s quote, and choose whether to get their contact details. You agree on the purchase or job directly with them.

Can I find someone for a service too?

Yes. You can request services such as laundry, plumbing, electrical work, tailoring and AC repair, as well as products. A product quote needs a photo of the item; a service quote can be price-only. Confirm what the service includes before agreeing.

Is it free, and who do I pay?

Plug is free for shoppers. Pay the vendor for your item or service and agree on any delivery or call-out charges directly. Plug does not collect your payment or currently offer escrow.

What does an identity check cover?

Vendors must pass a NIN and live-selfie review before receiving requests. This confirms identity; it does not guarantee product quality, workmanship or delivery. Check the details before paying.

How long will it take to find someone?

A search round can take about 20 minutes. If nobody replies, we may try another group. Quotes depend on availability; if we cannot find a suitable vendor, we tell you.

What if I don’t like the quote?

Ask for another before choosing a vendor. There is a limit to the introductions on each request, and another quote depends on availability. After getting a number, give that vendor a chance to respond before asking again.

Which cities can I request from?

We accept requests for Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano, Enugu, Benin City and Kaduna. Give your neighbourhood too. A listed city does not mean every item or service is available there.

What if something goes wrong?

Contact hello@kerux8.com with the request and what happened. We review vendor reports. Since payment goes directly to the vendor, Plug cannot freeze a transfer or automatically refund your purchase.
